Summary :

We are looking for an IP manager with a strong technical background and proven track record of success to support our booming business. This position will be based in Artilux’s HQ in Zhubei, and you will work closely with key stakeholders within Artilux to protect and utilize intellectual properties that are critical to the company.

Roles & Responsibilities：

The main responsibility will be in patent portfolio strategy, development, and analysis, but there are opportunities to expand work scope into other areas of IP, depending on the candidate’s experience and career interests.

Requirements & Qualifications：

Basic Qualifications:

-Over 5 years of relevant experience in the IC design or semiconductor industries.
-Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Law, Intellectual Property, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Patent attorney, patent agent or equivalent IP-related certification.
-Strong knowledge of patent law, semiconductor patent practices, and global filing strategies.
-Familiarity with patent systems and examination practices of TIPO, USPTO, JPO, and CNIPA.
-Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong oral communication and business presentation skills.
