Senior Engineer/Data Scientist
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Data Scientist specializing in Python programming and data analysis, with a strong focus on the application of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. In this role, you will leverage your strong technical capabilities as an independent contributor while demonstrating excellent cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for diving into top-tier academic papers, translating cutting-edge theories into practical algorithmic implementations, and driving technological innovation through precise data analysis.
- Use Python as the core development language (supplemented by MATLAB or C++) to conduct in-depth data analysis and develop, train, validate, and deploy high-performance models end-to-end.
- Deeply study and analyze top-tier academic papers, design, and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms to solve complex engineering and data problems.
- Take independent ownership of tackling technical challenges and executing complex algorithm implementations while collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams to ensure smooth algorithm integration.
- Design and execute rigorous data analysis pipelines, extracting valuable insights from massive datasets to continuously optimize algorithm performance.
Basic Qualifications:
-More than 3 years of practical experience in data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, or algorithm development.
-Experience in optical sensing technology research, quantitative algorithmic analysis, or complex data stream processing will be given priority.
-Solid background knowledge in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS), and familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Basic domain knowledge in data analysis within optical sensing or semiconductor fields is preferred.
-Familiar with RISC-V firmware development and RTOS integration for hardware accelerators on FPGA platforms is preferred.
-Highly proficient in Python (primary required skill), with development capabilities in MATLAB or C++, able to write high-quality, maintainable code.
