Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced, business-minded Legal Counsel to optimize our legal infrastructure, strengthen our corporate governance, and lead our capital market readiness initiatives in a dynamic semiconductor technology environment. This role offers a direct path to shaping our long-term corporate financing and strategic legal strategy. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and external counsel to assess legal risks, provide practical advice, and develop solutions aligned with business needs.

1. Assist company leadership with capital markets and corporate readiness.
2. Interpret legal and regulatory requirements, assess business implications, and help drive compliance initiatives.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis, assess legal risks, and develop practical, business-oriented recommendations.
4. Review and negotiate commercial agreements, assess legal and business risks, and recommend appropriate actions based on business considerations.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel to address complex legal issues and drive assigned matters and projects through to resolution.

Basic Qualifications

• Master or equivalent degree in law, and Taiwan Bar admission.
• Familiar with corporate, labor, and securities related laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years or above of post-qualification experiences, previous experience as in-house counsel with public-listed or multinational technology company a plus.
• Substantial experience with the Taiwan Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act frameworks, and local corporate tax/labor laws.
• Outside counsel management.
